The CRE is proud to announce that Associate Professor Nicole Gillespie has won the UQ Business School 2016 Researcher of the Year award. Nicole’s research focus is organisational trust, including understanding the facilitators of successful telehealth uptake.

The CRE is also celebrating a number of successful grant applications.

Prof Trevor Russell will be leading a NHMRC funded project titled: ‘Predictors of home telehealth adoption in the aging population: consumer perspectives’. Contributing CRE investigators on the project are Prof Nicole Gillespie, Prof Deb Theodoros, Prof Len Gray, Dr Annie Hill and CRE Affiliate Dr Nicole Hartley.

Prof Len Gray will also be a CI for the recently announced NHMRC Partnership Centre in Health System Sustainability.

Associate Professor Anthony Smith has announced that the Centre for Online Health’s application to AusSHI for funding to investigate virtual forensic child mental health was successful. Investigators include experts in child mental health and CRE AI Dr Liam Caffery.
