Join the CRE in Telehealth team for its March forum: a presentation by Prof Jeanine Young, University of Sunshine Coast. Prof Young will share her experience using telehealth strategies when introducing the Pēpi-Pod® Program to Queensland. Co-sleeping is a culturally valued practice used by many Indigenous families however is associated with an increased risk of infant death in hazardous circumstances. The Pēpi-Pod® Program is a safe sleep enabler embedded in safe sleep health promotion, which aims to reduce the risk of sudden unexpected death in infancy.
