The CRE in Telehealth is delighted to invite you to a presentation by Prof Anthony Maeder. Prof Maeder, from University of Western Sydney, will share how new modes of ICT-based health services delivery have emerged based on new technologies such as mobile devices and internet resources. This talk will suggest that a substantial broadening of the conventional view of the field of Telehealth is necessitated by these advances.
Anthony Maeder is an Associate Investigator on the CRE in Telehealth. Last year he was appointed the 2015 Fulbright Distinguished Chair in Agriculture and Life Sciences, the highest possible level of the Fulbright scholarships. Thanks to this award he spent four months in the USA to progress his work on mobile health. He will share some of this work in his presentation.
