The team from the CRE in Telehealth is delighted to advise its September  2017 forum will be a presentation prepared by Professor Elizabeth Eakin.

Elizabeth is the Associate Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Medicine and the Director of the Cancer Prevention Research Centre in the School of Public Health at The University of Queensland. She was designated as a Thompson-Reuters Highly Cited Scholar for 2016.

Elizabeth is a clinical psychologist whose research program sits at the intersection of clinical and public health approaches to cancer prevention through to survivorship. She has developed numerous partnerships across the cancer control community which have facilitated the uptake of her team’s work on telephone health coaching by state-level organisations across Australia.

The forum will be held on Friday 1 September from 11:00am-12:00pm (Qld time) in the Translational Research Institute (TRI) seminar room 2007 at the PA Hospital. A light lunch will follow the forum. All welcome.
